    Why Dubai? Looks like you need basic operations and paper work to legally run a business In UAE.

    Best bet would be to look in Ras Al Khaima freezone.

    It would fit all the needs you have mentioned and it is close to Dubai (2hrs) as well near a port for your logistics.

    Do a bit more research with adding specific products to a general trading license.

    This would be the most cost effective way to get into the UAE market and you can later move to a Dubai License.

    Hi, I would recommend to read carefully about ifza https://emirabiz.com/ifza-fujairah-freezone-company-setup/ and be aware of all the peculiarities of that free zone. I used to go through the process of setting up the business there and should admit that it was a great place to start. Simply have a look. Good luck
